We are constantly improving the standards of service and security of the processed personal data of our Clients. Therefore, we are introducing changes adapting applied Data Protection Policy to the GDPR, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). For the purposes indicated above, the legal bases of processing your personal data by the Administrator are:

- performance of the contract (in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),

- the legitimate interest of the Administrator (in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) - for the purposes of service, investigation and defence in the case of mutual claims, including your withdrawal from the contract, fraud prevention, consideration of complaints;

- consent to processing of personal data (in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) - in situations where consent is expressed for: promotion and marketing of products or services offered by the Administrator, transfer of commercial information by electronic means, use of telephone terminal equipment and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes,

In accordance with applicable law in the field of personal data protection, the recipients of your personal data will be in particular: authorized employees and associates, who help to provide the Service for the Administrator, or other entities when it is necessary to implement the above objectives.

The anticipated processing period of your personal data corresponds to the time of registration in the Portal. Personal data are processed by the duration of the contract between the User and the Service Provider, and until the expiry of mutual claims arising from the contract.

Due to the above, your personal data may also be processed by entities outside the European Economic Area. The adequate level of protection for your data, including appropriate safeguards, is ensured by participation of these entities in the EU-US Privacy Shield, which is established by the European Commission's implementing decision as a set of rules that guarantee proper protection of your privacy.

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, processing restrictions, transferring the data, raising objections and also the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority when you consider the processing of your personal data violates regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Passing your personal data is voluntary and it is a perquisite for registration in the Portal and Service fulfilment by the Service Provider.

In case of the User's additional consent to provide commercial information by electronic means, the Administrator may provide the User with commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text published in Journal of Laws of 2017, pos. 1219), by the use of electronic means of communication, in particular by sending commercial information to the e-mail address or mobile phone number provided by the User.

The transfer of personal data entered into the form is carried out using a secure SSL protocol. The administrator provides Users with the possibility to change, modify or delete personal data by: clicking the appropriate link, contact e-mail to the address: lamiro_biuro@wp.pl or by post to the previously given address of the Personal Data Administration Office.

Cookies

While browsing our Website, "cookie" files are used, i.e. small text information that is stored on the User's device in connection with the use of the Website. The purpose of their application is to allow proper function of the Website.

The "cookies" used by the Administrator are safe for the User's devices. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted or malicious software to enter users' devices. Persistent cookies: they are stored on the device of the Website User and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a browser or turning off the device does not remove them from the device of the Website User. We are aware that Google may disclose information to third parties as long as this is in accordance with the law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
